What is Budget Billing?
Rather than facing seasonal spikes, Budget Billing lets you pay a consistent amount each month based on your average usage. Your utility provider calculates this amount so you can avoid surprise bills during extreme weather.

How to Enroll
Signing up is easy! Many companies allow enrollment online, and I’ve included links to help you get started:
Flathead Electric: Enroll in Budget Billing - Flathead Electric Cooperative (you must have a 12 month history established with them first).
Northwestern Energy: Sign up or sign in to create a My Energy Account. Then click on Billing and select Budget Billing. Then select Calculate and review the budget billing amount. Read the terms and then select Sign Up.
