Going forward, would you like me to send you reports on what is happening with property values in your area so you can see how your home is gaining value? If so, would you prefer them quarterly or yearly?
I also recommend setting up a Google alert on your new property. You can read my blog post for more information on why and how to do that.
Lastly, I am hoping you’d be willing to write a review for me. Almost all of my business comes from word of mouth and referrals, so please keep me in mind when a friend of yours is in need of a Realtor. I would be happy to help them.
