Want to save money and help the environment at the same time? If so, check out Flathead Electric and Northwestern Energy's rebate offers to homeowners (read: FREE MONEY!) on a wide range of energy-saving improvements such as:
- Installing a new furnace or boiler
- Installing a new hot water heater or tankless water system
- Adding a programmable thermostat
- Putting insulation in your attic
- Insulating your pipes
- Sealing duct work
- Adding new Energy Star Washer & Dryer
- Window & Door Replacement
For instance, customers who participate in the Northwestern Energy Rebate Program are eligible for a $700.00 bonus rebate on qualifying boilers. So if your boiler dies and you need a new one, you might as well as sign up for their program and get $700 free to put towards your new boiler.
A few things to note: New equipment must be installed and the old equipment must be removed. Only new products that meet the energy-efficiency specifications listed on the residential application qualify. Rebates may not exceed the project cost.
